The CS ASEAN Restorer is a purpose-built submarine cable repair ship which maintains cables in the "SEAIOCMA Zone" i.e., the South East Asia and Indian Ocean Cable Maintenance Agreement Zone. The ship is based in Singapore and provides maintenance coverage for Telstra's west coast submarine cables (JASURAUS and SMW 3).

The ship is owned and operated by Asean Cableship Pte Ltd (ACPL) and was built in 1994 by Kvaerner Masa Yards in Turku, Finland. It is designed to accommodate ROV/Ploughing facilities for all its marine operations. The Restorer is manned by 20 officers and 40 crew..
